Delete your Heal EMDR account

You can delete your account, and all of the data in it, from inside the app in a few taps. Here is every step.

  1. Open Settings

    On the Home screen, tap your profile picture in the top right corner.

  2. Open Edit profile

    In Settings, tap Edit profile.

  3. Tap “Delete account and all data”

    The link sits at the bottom of the Edit profile screen.

  4. Confirm

    The app asks “Delete your account?”. Tap “Delete account”.

  5. Confirm again

    The app asks “Are you absolutely sure?”. Tap “Yes, delete everything”. Your account and all of its data are deleted, and you are signed out.

What is deleted

Your account and all of its data: your sessions, journeys, notes, chats, beliefs, progress and profile picture. This cannot be undone.

Subscriptions are cancelled separately

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, otherwise the store keeps charging you.

Send us a message from the email address you signed up with and we will delete the account for you. Get in touch →
